The Service Provider Portal is a dedicated platform within Property Management App designed for professionals offering property-related services. Service providers can easily create profiles, list available services, set pricing, and manage bookings. This portal allows providers to access job requests directly from property managers or tenants, simplifying communication and job management. Through the portal, This project not only supports service providers in expanding their client base but also ensures properties receive prompt, high-quality services, reinforcing users commitment to comprehensive property management

Designed the entire user interface using Figma and converted it to a fully functional web application using React.
Workflow
I began by understanding the daily workflow of property service providers, identifying pain points in bookings, service management, and communication. Using sketches and wireframes, I mapped a seamless flow from profile creation to handling job requests. Iterative prototyping refined interactions, ensuring clarity, efficiency, and quick access to tasks. The final design empowers providers to manage services effortlessly while connecting smoothly with property managers and tenants.
