Project Overview
This Project is an innovative web application designed to streamline property management for users by centralizing all essential tasks and information. Through This App, property owners can upload and organize property listings, manage utility bills, track repairs, and handle all related tasks in one platform. Leveraging AI, the system automatically generates detailed property listings based on uploaded documents, saving time and reducing manual entry. This App also provides timely reminders for utility bill payments, maintenance, and other property-related actions, ensuring owners stay on top of every aspect of property care effortlessly
Role & Responsibilities
Worked as the UI/UX Designer for a confidential client project, handling the end-to-end design process of the property management web application. Conducted user research to understand property owners’ workflows and pain points, then created user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI designs for property listings, bill management, maintenance tracking, and AI-assisted automation features. Ensured the interface was intuitive, responsive, and visually engaging, enabling users to manage all property-related tasks efficiently from a single platform

I started by exploring how property owners manage multiple tasks daily, identifying friction points in listings, bills, and maintenance. Sketches and interactive wireframes helped visualize streamlined task flows and AI-assisted automation. Iterative testing refined the interface, ensuring clarity, efficiency, and ease of use. The final designs deliver a centralized, intelligent platform that simplifies property management from start to finish.
