Project Overview
Project is a unique charity platform aimed at connecting sellers, buyers, and charity organizations to promote donations through an engaging e-commerce experience. I designed both the web and mobile applications, creating high-level interactive prototypes to ensure a seamless user journey for all parties. The platform includes features like customizable donation boxes, filters to differentiate between donation items and regular products, and an intuitive seller portal for managing product listings, order tracking, and buyer communication.
Role & Responsibilities
Worked as the UI/UX Designer for a confidential client project, handling the end-to-end design process. Conducted user research by visiting the main workshop and several other garages to identify operational challenges. Created user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI designs for job management, task assignment, and real-time service updates. Ensured the application was intuitive, responsive, and optimized for seamless interaction between mechanics, supervisors, and vehicle owners.
Future Improvements
Plan to enhance the application by adding analytics dashboards for performance tracking, implementing automated notifications for task deadlines, and integrating predictive maintenance suggestions for vehicles. Further improvements include refining the interface for better accessibility and exploring AI-driven recommendations to optimize workflow efficiency
