Role & Responsibilities
As the UI Designer for the Super Admin Portal, I was responsible for designing a clean, intuitive, and efficient interface that enables top-level administrators to monitor and manage the platform seamlessly. My work included creating dashboards for tracking user activity, donation trends, and transactions, designing filters and analytics tools for quick insights, and ensuring clear visual hierarchy for complex data. I translated platform requirements into interactive, user-friendly designs that streamline administrative workflows, enhance usability, and maintain a secure and organized ecosystem for charities and users
Workflow
I began by analyzing the platform’s business goals and identifying the needs of top-level administrators, followed by competitor research to evaluate how similar platforms manage dashboards, analytics, and moderation systems. From these insights, I defined key user flows and information architecture to ensure clear hierarchy and efficient navigation. I then translated concepts into low-fidelity wireframes to map layout structure, data visibility, and action paths, iterating based on usability considerations. After validating the flow, I developed high-fidelity designs with a focus on clarity, scalability, and data-driven decision-making. This end-to-end UX process ensured the Super Admin Portal was intuitive, structured, and optimized for efficient platform management
